The Relocation Project ("we", "us") operates this website as an information and lead-generation platform for UK homeowners exploring relocation abroad. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights over it.

When you use the calculators, the AI Relocation Assistant, enquiry forms, or the affiliate / creator programmes, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone)
• Information you enter into the calculators (UK property value, savings, household spending, family size and similar inputs used to generate an estimate)
• Messages you send to our AI assistant or support channels
• Referral attribution (e.g. which creator or affiliate link brought you to the site) and basic device / analytics data
• Account information if you register as a partner, creator or admin user

How we use it

• To return calculator results and respond to enquiries
• To improve the calculators, content and AI assistant
• To attribute referrals correctly to creators and affiliates
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, account notices) and, only with your consent, occasional relocation-related updates
• To measure site usage through privacy-respecting analytics

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with the creator or affiliate who referred you (so they can see their referral performed), with vetted third-party relocation, property or service providers where you have asked to be introduced, and with the infrastructure providers who host this site and our email systems.

Retention

We keep enquiry and account information for as long as needed to operate the platform and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email hello@therelocationproject.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
