Refund Policy
Digital guides are delivered instantly. Here's exactly how refunds work.
1. What you're buying
Our relocation guides, downloads and calculators are digital products. When you complete checkout you receive immediate, full access to the guide and every download associated with it on the account you used to purchase.
2. Statutory cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. Because our guides are delivered to you in full immediately on payment, you expressly waive that 14-day right when you tick the acknowledgement at checkout and proceed to pay. This means that, in strict legal terms, the sale is final the moment your account is granted access.
3. Our 30-day discretionary refund
We want you to feel confident buying from us, so we go beyond what the law requires. If, within 30 days of purchase, you genuinely feel the guide is not as described or hasn't given you useful relocation information, email hello@therelocationproject.co.uk with your order email and a short note explaining why. We review every request on its merits and, where appropriate, issue a full refund to the original payment method and revoke access to the guide on your account.
Refund requests outside the 30-day window, or for accounts that have downloaded a substantial portion of the included worksheets, checklists and PDFs, are reviewed case-by-case and may not be granted.
4. Failed payments and duplicate charges
If you are charged but do not receive access, or you see a duplicate charge on your statement, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or release access within two working days.
5. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly. Where a chargeback is opened and lost on our side, access to the guide will be revoked on the associated account.
6. How to contact us
Email hello@therelocationproject.co.uk. Please include the email address used at checkout and the name of the guide. We aim to respond within two working days.
